PAYMENT
Payment of the product price, delivery charge and any other fees and amounts must be made with your order
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and any such other cards as may be stated on our website from time to time, payment is deducted when your order is processed.
DELIVERY
Delivery will be to the address provided by you. We only deliver on working days. Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the following working day, delivery times between 11-6pm, a signature will be required upon delivery so you will need to be home to accept delivery otherwise additional delivery charges may be incurred.
We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver goods by the delivery date, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors not within our control therefore delivery times are not guaranteed.
Goods will be delivered to the customer free of charge when over a predetermined value.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Fastdeal Ltd t/a woodcareproducts.ie. Woodcareproducts.ie is a re-seller not a manufacturer.
We will deliver goods to the customer in good faith. If you are a business purchaser the risk in the goods shall pass at the point of delivery. If you are a consumer, risk in the goods shall pass to you when you acquire physical possession of the goods.
We will not exchange used equipment or products. If you are unsure which products you require contact us before you place an order so we can advise you. For goods to be considered for return and refund, goods must be currently stocked and not be a discontinued line. Specially sourced products may not be returned. Goods must be in perfect merchandisable condition, capable of resale and be completely without defect when checked by a representative of the company. Any damage or defect will totally cancel any obligation by the company for any refund whatsoever.
RIGHTS
If incorrect quantities or the wrong product have been ordered we will accept return if the goods are unopened and without defect, the cost of return will be covered by the customer.
We reserve the right to change or update information, to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
