The first thing you should do before washing or sealing the oil is to work on the dilution. Dilute the floor cleaner 1 to 100 before use. The protector dilution rate can vary from 1 to 20 to 1 to 100, depending on the surface condition and how long ago it was sealed.

Both products are compatible with all floor cleaning systems, but we would highly recommend the use of a spray mop like Alfred Spray Mop. If the dilution was made and you are happy to proceed, please use a semi wet flat mop or a semi wet normal mop head. Move along the fiber of the wood until the dirt is removed. Allow about 10 minutes to dry and then use the refresher to refresh the floor. The refresher should not be used on a daily basis. Once or twice per week depending on the level of traffic.
