The whole kit is sold in a nicely illustrated box. Inside the kit you will find the frame of the mop, the velcro pad holder, the microfiber pad, 1 cartridge and the user manual. Attach the frame to the pad holder first. It will just click into place. Then remove the plastic cap that covers the cartridge head and push the cartridge into the designated spot. It will just click in. Attach the pad holder and you are ready to go.
