Bona Stone, Tile & Laminate Floor Polish – How to use

If your floor is not very glossy but looks a bit dull, patchy and has a number of small scratches, you can use Bona Stone, Tile & Laminate Floor Polish to restore it. 1L of floor polish will seal about 30 square meter of floor but the coverage area can vary from floor to floor. To be applied over clean and dry surfaces with a flat mopping system. One coat should do the job but two coats can be done without any problems.

Make sure that the floor area is dust free, grime free and residue free. Pour some floor polish onto the floor and put your flat mopping system on it. Allow the pad to absorb the polish and then start polishing the floor. Try not to stop in the middle of the tile while polishing to avoid causing streaks. Go from one corner of the room all the way to the other side. You have about 10 minutes to repair missed patches before the floor polish will start drying.

Bona Stone, Tile & Laminate Floor Polish – Recommendations

You do not need to be an expert to polish your floors but you will need to use some common sense. Do not over soak the floor and try not to miss patches. Do not dilute the floor polish and try to apply an even coat all over the floor. Keep the floor polish in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight
